This site is operated by Zachariah Broadus Jones d/b/a “Broadus” (“Broadus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). For any privacy-related questions you can reach us at broadusmgmt@gmail.com.

Note: A dedicated mailing address will be added the first week of June 2025 once a USPS box in Kemah, TX is verified. Until then, please contact us by email if you need our physical address.

2. What Data We Collect & Why

Email address — to send newsletters, video updates, show dates, and merch announcements.
First name — to personalise those messages.

We do not knowingly collect IP addresses, cookies, or payment information. Our email list is managed through Mailchimp; Mailchimp may set its own cookies and collect limited technical information necessary to deliver the subscription service. See Mailchimp’s privacy notice for details.

3. Legal Bases (EU / UK GDPR)

For visitors in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom we rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) to send our newsletter. You may object at any time (see Section 7).

4. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). If we learn that a child under these ages has subscribed, we will delete the information without delay.

5. How We Share Data

We do not sell or rent your information, and we disclose it only as required by law.

6. Data Retention

Your information is retained while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we erase or anonymise your data within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data and to object to processing. All users worldwide can:

8. CAN-SPAM Compliance

Every message we send includes a working Unsubscribe link. We honour all opt-out requests within 30 days and do not send commercial email to unsubscribed addresses.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including TLS encryption and Mailchimp’s secure infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, so please use caution when sharing information online.

10. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be posted on this page and announced in our monthly newsletter before they take effect. The effective date above tells you when the policy was last revised.

No use that infringes or violates any law or third-party right.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; visiting them is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas (USA). Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Galveston County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

11. Headings & Waiver

Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
