Note: A dedicated mailing address will be added the first week of June 2025 once a USPS box in Kemah, TX is verified. Until then, please contact us by email if you need our physical address.

2. What Data We Collect & Why

We do not knowingly collect IP addresses, cookies, or payment information. Our email list is managed through Mailchimp; Mailchimp may set its own cookies and collect limited technical information necessary to deliver the subscription service. See Mailchimp’s privacy notice for details.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom we rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) to send our newsletter. You may object at any time (see Section 7).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). If we learn that a child under these ages has subscribed, we will delete the information without delay.
